The EC BLDC Motor is a world-class, direct-drive technology with significant deployment potential. This electronically commutated brushless DC motor features an external rotor and fixed shaft, complying with the ErP European Parliament directive for eco-designed motors. With a power range of 1 to 6 HP, it offers high efficiency and sustainability for various applications.

Innovative Motor Design​​​

The stator features magnetically isolated stator sections for each phase, providing increased efficiency and reduced electrical losses.

Stator teeth are evenly distributed along the stator’s center, improving performance and minimizing energy loss.

The motor uses a 6-coil system (2 per phase), placed on distinct magnetic circuits and connected in series. This reduces the amount of copper winding and simplifies the assembly process, ultimately lowering manufacturing costs.

What is EC Technology
The EC BLDC (Electronically Commutated Brushless DC) motor differs from traditional brushed DC motors by using an electronic commutator instead of mechanical commutation.
Its design resembles a synchronous motor, featuring three-phase windings and rotary permanent magnets, but it operates on DC power. The motor is powered by a controller, which converts AC from the grid into DC and precisely controls torque and speed by supplying the correct phases with the desired current.
